About Social Programs
Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said,
“The faithful, in their love for one another and in their having mercy for one another and in their kindness toward one another, are like one body; when a member of it ails, all (the parts of) the body call one another (to share the pain) through sleeplessness and fever.” (Muslim)
Direct Aid Society takes care of Children from environments of Hardship especially the Orphans by helping them in their Education as well as providing some of their basic needs.
Currently the Society is taking care of over 1,188 Orphans both in some of its Schools as well as sponsoring others in different Schools across the Country. Also the Society is Sponsoring Orphans in different higher learning institutions across the Country.
The Main Focus of the Social Department in the Organization deals with the Children from Difficult environments especially Orphans. This Department has the responsibility of making sure that the Chilrdren Sponsered get the best of what thay are being offered.
According to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
“Every one of you is a shepherd, and every one of you will be questioned about those under his rule: the ruler is a shepherd, and he will be questioned about his subjects; the man is a shepherd in his family, and he will be questioned about those under his care; and the woman is a shepherd in the house of her husband, and she will be questioned about those under her care… Thus, every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for those under his care. ” (Al-Bukhari)
Direct Aid Society also ensures that the Children that are being Sponserd get the basic needs that they need including Clothing and Food and Boarding Facilities.
Education is a way out of poverty for many children. It gives them a chance to gain the knowledge and skills needed to improve their lives.

Dar es Salaam
Established in 1997, Al-Farouq Center currently supports and sponsors 186 Students some of whom are in Higher learning institutions.
AL-HUDA CENTER
Moshi
Established in 1996, Al-Huda Center currently supports and sponsors 185 Students all of whom are Girls and some of whom are in Higher learning institutions.
AN-NOOR CENTER
Tanga
Established in 1998, An-noor Center currently supports and sponsors 213 Students some of whom are Higher learning institutions.
ARAFAH CENTER
Singida
Established in 2018, Arafah Center currently supports and sponsers 303 Students some of whom are Higher learning institutions.
ABDULRAHMAN AL-SUMAIT CENTER
Kigoma
Established in 2012, Kigoma Center currently supports and sponsors 301 Students some of whom are in Higher learning institutions.

Education
The social department ensures that learners in our center learn a lot of things that will be useful for their professional life. Through our schools we ensure that our student learn the secular education in leadership, management, business and entrepreneurship as well as religious education. they learn philosophy, self-control, solidarity, compassion and friendship. All this to prepare them for the future of their dreams

Welfare of the Students
The students are accommodated well and are organized to improve the living conditions despite their backgrounds. We create an environment suitable for their education. For instance, this can be accomplished by building schools and boarding houses, providing access to drinking water, and purchasing school supplies.
Sponsership
Most of the students are helped by sponsors who accompany them along their journey through the organization. Sponsorship allows a child to attend school. It gives a child the means to take charge of their life and that of their family. Thanks to sponsorship, the children are helped, wakes up every morning and makes their way to school instead of going to work or staying at home with their parents
Proffessional Care
The children under the care of direct aid are educated under conditions where every care including teachers, patrons and matrons know the families and their needs. As soon as sponsorship starts, the child is part of a programme and is personally followed by our local manager. They make sure the sponsorship is used correctly and that the child’s needs are prioritized.
The uniqueness of our Centers
Direct aid Centres and boarding facilities are a strategic focus of Children of the Organization. The centers are a place of education, offering the children complimentary, religious courses, as well as a secondary home. The boarding at the centers are sometimes necessary for reasons such as distance from school, the necessity for a secure environment, or the disappearance or loss of parents.
A student or a sponsored child who stays at a our center will most likely have better academic results. Studying in the spirit of brotherhood or sisterhood, he/she becomes more open, motivated and fulfilled.
Nature of our Schools
Education goes far beyond simple schooling. Our ambition is to educate the mind, the heart and the body. As such, our educational project seeks to impart not only on academic and professional knowledge but also to develop the person as a whole.
