About Al-Farouq English Medium Primary School
Al-Farouq English Medium is among the best Islamic Nursery and Primary School within Tabata area of Dar es Salaam.
The School was established as a School for the Orphans of Ibn Katheer Orphanage who had to be Sent to the Surrounding nearby Schools especially Liwiti Primary School before the School was Constructed.
The School is located in Tabata Muslim Street along Tabat Segerea Road. it has modern classrooms, Competent teachers, well maintained gardens as well as state of the Art sporting facilities.
THE SCHOOL CURRICULUM AND TIME TABLE
The School has managed to meet its expectation by providing quality services that meet both national and international standards.
The Graduates of the School have always been successful in Proceeding to the Secondary Schools with excellent performance.
Al-Farouq English Medium Primary School Follows the Tanzania Schools Academic System and the National Examination Council of Tanzania Examinations where the School has been performing very well.
Also the School participates in different Zonal and regional examinations as well as different internal examinations.
the School academic Calendar is divided into two terms that start from January to the end of Novembers where each term has almost 15 weeks.
There is a break in both the first term and the second term where students sit for the midterm examinations and for the candidate classes i.e grade IV and grade VII they have extra examinations or the Mock Examinations.
