welcome note from the headmaster.

Mr. Juma Issa

Welcome to Al-Farouq Islamic Seminary and explore the values, culture, and information about this extraordinary school. Al-Farouq Islamic Seminary communities are continually evolving; they experience a cycle of renewal each year with graduation at end of the academic year followed by the arrival of new students and class at in the new year.

My work here has been made easy by learning Al-Farouq Islamic Seminary history, I am listening carefully to those who know Al-Farouq Islamic Seminary best, the teachers, office staff, students, alumni, and parents. To understand the deep quality that is here and to imagine with others across the community, in the school and far, Al-Farouq Islamic Seminary’s future.

What I am finding is a culture of respect: Respect for oneself and one another; respect for ideas and learning, for the process of discovery and creation; respect for our own well-being; and mostly respect for Our Creator (Allah S.W.T).

We are a diverse, inclusive learning community, and we believe in the profound learning that occurs in an Islamic school whose members have been carefully selected for their individual gifts and potential.

I encourage you to come visit this very special place. We look forward to welcoming you.

Sincerely,

Mr. Juma
