About the Health Sector

Direct Aid Society looks upon serving on the issues and needs of medically undeserved people throughout Tanzania. The Organization runs Affordable health Centers as well as Mobile Clinics. Direct Aid Society programs provide a wide range of support to locals especially the Poor through medical camps, health education and training, advocacy, medical camps, vaccinations ,mobile clinics and more

Direct Aid Society is currently Constructing a Six Storey Modern Hospital in Dar es Salaam region which is expected to start operation from May 2022. The Direct Aid Hospital is expected to serve over 300,000 patients annually

Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:

“Whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden from the burdens of the world, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens on the Day of Judgement. And whoever helps ease a difficulty in the world, Allah will grant him ease from a difficulty in the world and in the Hereafter. And whoever covers (the faults of) a Muslim, Allah will cover (his faults) for him in the world and the Hereafter. And Allah is engaged in helping the worshipper as long as the worshipper is engaged in helping his brother.”

These Direct Aid Society Health Centers are manned by Practitioners and Nurses generally serving the people. The basic services provided by Direct Aid Society Health Centers include dental Care and family practice; and some Centers even include other services such as Pediatric, Optometry, Women’s care, Lab, Pharmacy and much more.

These health care centers are basically Patient- directed clinics built mainly for the masses with restricted access to medical care. Clients may include people with low- income or those who are underinsured, uninsured, or the poor in the Society.

Dar es Salaam

Prince Saud Health Center, Tabata in Ilala along Segerea Road, Dar es Salaam – Tanzania, is a fully fledged medical centre offering healthcare services to clients from the surrounding and the outskirts of Dar es Salaam with or without insurance coverage.

The facility is run by a network of general practitioners and specialist doctors under the Direct Aid Society.

Prince Saud Health Center offers treatment by thoroughly assessing, diagnosing, testing and prescribing to our patients hence committed to being a first class medical centre where the patient’s health is entirely our concern.

Abdurazak Mohamed Sale Health Center

Abdurazak Mohamed Sale Health Center is found in Masanga area in KIgoma providing advanced, multidisciplinary care across specialties, delivering one standard of excellence for all. Our goal is to better serve our patients in a timely and convenient fashion.

As a multidisciplinary service provider, Abdurazak Mohamed Sale Health Center contains a number of on-site services that would not be available at a typical provider. Our on-site technology includes a certified laboratory.

All our medical services and procedures are completed by dedicated staff of certified lab technicians, medical professionals and registered physicians.

In order to ensure that all our clients’ needs are taken care of, Al – Mulhim Health Center offers its services to those with Insurance as well as those who don’t have Insurance coverage.
